The oven was repaired today 4/5/2024 by Ruslan with accuracy. I will indeed call this company again and ask for Ruslan. I would like to have had a longer warranty for the work. However, I am very much pleased with the performance of the work.

He had to drive almost two hours to repair my microwave. He showed up when he said he would and stayed until it was working properly. Seemed to be knowledgeable about my appliance and had the parts and the tools to fix it quickly. Good job!

I called Ruslan to look at washer as it was not draining well. He did a thorough check, helped me understand the cost to repair it, including cost of parts and advised to replace it if possible. It was an honest suggestion. Similar situation with the dryer. He cleaned the gas cook top well and made sure it ran more effectively than before.
