FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aim to be transparent and straightforward about how we determine the cost of repairs, giving you peace of mind and confidence in choosing us for your repair needs. The cost to repair an appliance varies significantly and is influenced by several factors: – The type of appliance needing repair – The specific part that requires repair or replacement – The time it takes to complete the repair
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Diagnostic Process: Every repair begins with a thorough diagnostic to identify the issue. The fee for this diagnostic varies depending on the appliance type but is always designed to be fair and reflective of the work needed to assess your appliance's condition accurately. 2. Clear Estimates: Following the diagnostic, our skilled technician will explain precisely what's wrong with your appliance and what steps are necessary to fix it, including any parts that need replacing. You'll receive a clear and detailed estimate of the repair costs for your approval before any work begins. 3. Efficiency & Transparency: Our technicians carry the most common parts in stock, allowing us to complete repairs promptly—often immediately after estimate approval. If a special part is needed, we'll inform you of the timeframe; typically, this will not exceed 4 business days.
