We had a small leak by our A/C vent stack. TBAR was able to replace and repair the damaged roof decking and shingles quickly. They even inspected the rest of the roof and repaired old rubber seals at all the other roof vents. Friendly crew, easy to deal with, and cleaned up the job site 100%.

Tracy replaced my roof in 2010. He worked with my insurance company to get me a good settlement from wind damage. My neighbor's roof was replaced about the same time, and it had to be replaced a few months ago. A recent inspection of my roof shows it to be in perfect shape.Tracy uses good products and installs them right!My engineer asked for upgrades not normally used in my area (decking screws-not nails, sealant tape on plywood decking joints, closer nail spacing on shingles, and hand nailing) to make my roof more storm resistant. Tracy embraced the upgrades, and gave me a fair price for them.I would use TBAR again, but it won't be any time soon.

Removal of the existing roof and replacement with a new roof was completed in a timely manner and all debris was cleaned up.The workers knew what to do and were courteous and very efficient. Everything on the agreed contract was performed without any change orders or any additional costs.We were very satisfied with the installation of the new roof.

We do give a true 5% discount to all retired homeowners, police, fire, EMS, school teachers and all branches of the US military.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a time to inspect and/or measure your roof. Most of the time we can give you a quote for a repair job on the spot. Customers seeking a new roof receive a quote the next day guaranteed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For residential roofing we hold Owens Corning Preferred and CertainTeed ShingleMaster manufacturer certifications. We also have extensive experience with Gerard, Decra, Boral and many more. For commercial and flat roofing we hold Gaco Firestone certification.
