Pricing is market competitive, service is personal and top notch. We offer discounts for multiple properties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with new clients at the property when possible to get familiar with the home. I define my approach to management and discuss expectations on both sides.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years experience in property management. With nearly 15 years managing multi family residential property, I have invaluable experience in tenant screening, make ready, and maintenance requests (and so much more). I have been a licensed Realtor for over 14 years. I keep my management portfolio small and manageable in order to provide top notch personalized service.
