- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To ensure you get the perfect amount of organizing help, I offer packages from 3 to 60 hours. During your free home consultation, I'll take a close look at your space and recommend the ideal number of hours to achieve your goals. We'll then create a customized package tailored to your specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step One: Home Consult & Booking Let's start with a personalized in-home assessment. I'll visit your space to provide a detailed estimate of the hours required for your project. Upon booking, we'll schedule your organizing session at a time that works best for you. I'll also curate a selection of recommended organizing materials, which we'll review together to ensure they align with your needs and preferences. Step Two: Dive In! On day one we'll dive right in! If purging or donating is needed, we'll work through the editing process together, with my guidance. Then, I'll get to work organizing and transforming your space. Step Three: Final Touches & Donation Removal Finally, I'll reveal your beautifully organized space, and we'll walk through it together to ensure you're completely satisfied. If any adjustments are needed, we'll make them. Once everything is perfect, I'll handle the removal of all donation items, taking them away at my convenience.
