- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Roof replacement costs correlate with insurance claims. I am able to go over the insurance paperwork with customers to come up with the best financial plan to cover costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process will begin with a free roof inspection. If there is enough damage to warrant an insurance claim, I will help the customer get the claim started. Once the claim is in progress, the roof repairs will be scheduled. I will not suggest repairing or replacing a roof if there is not enough damage.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend regular trainings to stay current on new materials. I have completed required training from the state of Texas insurance adjuster program and use the same computer programs that insurance adjusters use to assess damage.
