We recently used Reggie to groom our dog, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was incredibly responsive and professional from the start, which made scheduling a breeze. Our dog, who can be quite anxious and excited around new people, felt completely at ease with him, which speaks volumes about his calm and caring demeanor. The grooming cut was perfect—exactly what we wanted—and our pup looks fantastic! We’ll definitely be using Reggie again. Highly recommend!

Reggie is the best. Not just with my dog, but I suspect probably with all dogs. He was very comforting and sweet while he was grooming El Guapo. Now my dog has perfect nails, soft fur, and smells wonderful.

Reggie did a great job with Beau our cockapoo. He was able to groom him this evening at 6pm! Beau was pretty dirty and it was nice to be able to get him spiffed up since Reggie was available for a 6:00 pm appt! I think my Beau knows how great he looks now! After this grooming Beau came in happy and not stressed...nothing like how he is after taking him to a shop to deal with all the stressors there. I can tell Beau knows how spiffed up he is now...kinda struttin' around house showing off! He came in from Reggie's mobile grooming van happy, not stressed! After showing off how good he looks again, all clean and trimmed, he cuddled up and passed out. Thanks to Reggie, we are pleased. Here's Beau clean and shiny coat & asleep.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes, pricing is determined by size (weight,height etc), behavior, & condition of the pets! Also for after hours there is an extra fee or if you have special request besides a standard groom we add on according to the job! But all still reasonable prices.

Communication & finding out what the client wants done to their pets! Condition and temperament of the pet! Pre/existing condition?
