My previous cleaning company cancelled on me due to the cleaner not being able to find the apartment even though details were given on what the buildings looked like and the office phone number where the staff was willing to help if there were issues due to me not being able to be present. After trying to find a replacement for a few hours due to the original cleaner leaving they relayed they had no one to replace the cleaner and I was stressed trying to find anyone who could get the job done immediately.
This company was able to service that day a few hours later. Even though I was not able to be present due to already moving an hour away, they worked with me and I was communicated with every step of the way. After the cleaner arrived, having no issues finding the place, they confirmed everything I was needing cleaned to make sure my old apartment was good to go when I needed to hand the keys in. They also provided pictures and videos after cleaning to make sure I was happy with the service. They did a great job and my apartment looked move in ready after they were done.
Lesson learned. If you see anything about cleaners from spruce, turn the other way. Hit up final touch cleaning -- they will get you set right for your cleaning need!

They did an exceptional job!’ Gwen and Miguel were great at cleaning our previous home after moving out. Very professional and on time, everything was cleaned at a timely matter. Would definitely use them again in the future. 10/10 recommended!

I recently hired them for some cleaning and all i can say is how spectacular my house was left. They are very professional and attentive to details. I had also requested some special cleaning for my hardwood floors and they did a wonderful job. Wendy was very professional and made sure all my requests were met. If you are still deciding to hire them please do so. They will do an amazing job. I can’t complain about their prices either! 😉
