I like that Allen is self employed and not a big company. He showed up as scheduled which is highly appreciated now a days.. He did need to come back a 2nd day(traveled a good distance)since our 2nd garage door which just needed maintenance broke :( as he was starting . We bought another unit and he installed at at a reduced rate. He was respectful & cleaned up after he was done.

The springs in my garage door broke and it would not open. So I submitted a plan on Thumbtack and Allen responded right away, and was at my home a couple hours later. He replaced the spring very quickly and my garage door works like it’s brand new!
