- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prior to beginning any session(s), a complimentary virtual meeting or call will take place to discuss preliminary topics including goals, schedule, nutrition and fitness strategies. NOTE: Slots are limited, and I do only take 2 (possibly 3) customers in a given period to provide absolute focus to their needs. Included in each plan, a week-by-week exercise routine will be tailored and regularly updated as you progress. I offer the following programs: 1. No contract, pay as you go, flat base rate fee per session. 2. 12-Week program, at a 10% discount. 3. 24-Week program, at a 15% discount. 4. Couple plans are available as long as slots are available. OPTIONAL: You may add a tailored meal plan to your training program. This consists of macronutrient/caloric guideline specific to your goals. I have written a PDF guide that will be provided and routinely updated specific to your training plan. I do host all gym sessions in-home with fully maintained, professional gym equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At your comfort, I would like to understand you and your goals to provide a better personal relationship through our journey. I will advise you on your current body composition (BMI, TDEE, BMR) and determine your caloric needs based on your goals. In addition: -Fitness/Health history and current status -Schedule and availability -Restrictions or additional details -Diet preference (macro nutrients)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
APT Certification, NCCA accredited certified as a Personal Trainer. I have spent the past 12 years of my life committed to and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I continued my first 2 years in college as a power lifter, and transitioned to recreational body building lifting. I have experimented first hand many fitness programs that individually focused: -Weight loss -Fat loss -Leaning/Toning -Strength -Mass (Muscle gain) I have also experimented with multiple Diets including: -Keto -High Protein -IIFYM (Macro flexible diet) -Intermittent Fasting -Standard and customized Macro nutrient diets
