I’m Mary O’Dell, a personal chef. I specialize in customized and personalized menus, meal prep, and small event catering.
I graduated from the Texas Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu in 2006. I subsequently worked in catering, have had a small cookie company, and was a foodie for Central Market.
I have had a lifelong passion for food. I believe it started when my mother barked at me that cooking was just chemistry. From that point on cooking was demystified. I love to get in the kitchen and experiment with new ingredients and techniques.
My goal is to simplify the daily chore of figuring out what to have for dinner, to provide food tailored to your family’s needs and preferences, and to provide a professional and confidential service.
