- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call/consultation visit consists of us traveling to you, taking the time of diagnosing the machine. We them build a quote and get a yes or no . No pressure if it makes no sense for your machine to be repaired we tell you up front to not drop all kinds of money into it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We welcome the new customers. Often times we ask for the serial number to the machine and the motor so if we think we know the issue prior to the visit we can be sure we ha e parts In stock to attempt to fix it on the first call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been working on small engines and equipment for over 30 years both for work and hobby.
