- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I definitely like to open a door for communication from the start! I’m very laid back and want my customers to be able to trust me and relax knowing I will be available for questions or concerns on my process. Introduction, meet and greet if needed, interview for cleaning needs, confirming what we agree on, follow up day before cleaning, and follow up after work is completed for satisfaction feedback!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wanted to find something that would help others and provide a sense of accomplishment. Helping others by cleaning and the before/afters of our work turned into fun. Why not turn it into a business?! :)
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be as transparent and thorough as you can about what you need done. If it’s a recurring cleaning, be sure to provide feedback and let the cleaners know what you liked or disliked so everyone is on the same page.
