We had a disposal that was humming but not spinning. Todd called me immediately and walked me through troubleshooting. It involved finding the right size allen wrench and unjamming the motor. I’m not an appliance expert but anyways but I was able to fix the issue over the phone with his guidance. He was patient, knowledgeable, and prompt. Because he didn’t have to come out he didn’t charge anything. I now have him on speed dial for future handyman needs!

Can't recommend Todd highly enough! He was the only one to offer coming to look at the job before giving me a quote. He communicated clearly, quickly and effectively throughout our entire interaction. I went to purchase the sink bowl myself and felt confused in homedepot (girl problems)- I sent him a text and he got back to me so quickly with his advice. He completed the job so professionally and had it done so quickly! On top of that, he is super personable and I enjoyed conversing with him so much! With his broad range of skills keep this guy's contact in your phone! You need it for your next project! Trust me!
