- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will only charge a trip charge if I drive to look at the job and then not get hired. I don’t upcharge material. I charge the customer the same amount that I paid for the material. There are no taxes or hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make the customer feel safe about you being in their home, always treat every customer with high respect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am also a Firefighter, so I am well aware of fire hazards in homes due to bad electrical work.
