- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a fair price for the work I am doing. I don't believe in gouging people just because they seem to have money. I don't change my price based on where you live. I'm honest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk to a customer over the phone and then travel to the location. I like to get a feel for exactly what the scope of the project is before we set a price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an IT degree, but never got to use it when the recession hit in 2008. That is when I started to focus on replacing windows. I have been replacing windows for the last six years and have recently started getting into remodels.
