FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing structure is designed to offer value to clients. Sessions are priced per hour, and I offer discounts for clients who purchase packages of 5, 10, or 20 sessions. Additionally, the service includes the convenience of traveling to meet you at your house, ensuring that you can focus on your session without the hassle of commuting. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions about pricing or discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new client begins with filling out a Google form. This form serves as a comprehensive questionnaire that helps me understand your needs, goals, and preferences. Once I receive the form, we schedule a phone consultation. During this consultation, I dive deeper into the information provided in the form, allowing for a tailored approach to the service being offered. By aligning my understanding of your expectations, we ensure that we're on the same page from the outset, setting the stage for a productive and satisfying collaboration and journey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've dedicated myself to building a robust education and training background in the fitness industry. It all started ten years ago when I obtained my group fitness certification in 2013, followed closely by my personal training certification in 2014. I then delved into the world of yoga, achieving a 200-hour certification in 2018. One of the highlights of my journey was becoming a BOSU Master Trainer from 2018 to 2021. During this time, I had the privilege of delivering online classes and workshops, as well as leading in-person workshops for fellow fitness professionals. The opportunity to share my knowledge and expertise was incredibly rewarding. Transitioning into leadership, I served as the District Fitness Manager for Chuze Fitness in Tucson and El Paso from 2020 to 2024. Managing a team of three fitness managers, 100 instructors, and overseeing nine facilities was both challenging and fulfilling. I took great pride in fostering a sense of community within the organization and empowering my team to excel. Throughout my journey, my passion for people has been a driving force. I thrive on creating meaningful connections and nurturing a supportive environment where individuals can thrive. Continual learning is also a cornerstone of my approach. I'm always seeking out new opportunities to grow and challenge myself, whether it's through workshops, conferences, or personal development initiatives. My goal is simple: to constantly evolve and become the best instructor, coach, and teacher I can be.
