I work from home so when I have a network issue it slows me down. Robert and David came out to my house to troubleshoot and fix some existing data communications wiring. They quickly figured out the problem and resolved it. To get a communications contractor to come out to your house is amazing. The alternative is to have an electrician come out, etc. I am extremely grateful you resolved my home office network. For my Katy neighbors who are reviewing this, they were courteous, spoke perfect English, and waited on me to make my network was properly setup.
