Dustin was professional, kind and responsive. He corrected our issue with our gas fireplace on the week of Thanksgiving (responsive even during the holidays). Not only are we pleased with the interaction and service, but also Dustin took time to help me correct a drain leak issue in the main bathroom (I was installing myself — that wasn’t supposed to be part of the service call). Would definitely recommend and Pillar Plumbing will be my first call in the future!

Best plumber I’ve ever used, hands down. All around great experience. A pipe was leaking in my home - was not installed correctly when I had a new bath tub put in. Pillar fixed the issue - on time, thorough, up front about the repair needed -written outs provided- and the price was reasonable for the major repair that needed to be done.

I had a leaking faucet in my jacuzzi bathtub. I got an appointment the same day I called. Tim and Peter arrived promptly and were very professional.
