Ben and Vanessa were awesome! They came right out when I called. His team corrected what another contractor messed up and it turned out lovely. We are very pleased with our floors. I couldn't have ask for a better company. Their work is magnificent! We are highly satisfied and will be referring others.

I only give a 3 because I was disappointed with how the work ended, they left garbage and when I called, the gentleman told me he was going to send someone to come clean them out but that it will be a while due to flooding in his area. 2 days later, no one came to pick up and it started smelling due to rain falling on the carpet as well. Had to clear out myself. I the also had to redo the work cause it looked unprofessional on the first go. Way to many dents on my wood, uneven tiles etc
But after the second try, it came out okay, something I can live with but will definitely not be returning as I have seen better work done by others. Just had paint to cover up the dents. Please see pics of trash and of work done and judge for yourself.
