The guys that showed up explained issues with dealing with my antique windows. I really only had one window that needed cleaning. So they cleaned it for free. Very nice, friendly and polite. I will definitely reach out next time I need windows cleaned!!

Window Genie showed up promptly at the appointment time and took care of a bird nest in our gutter. The technician told me they didn’t need to do a full cleaning even though they easily could have done it anyway and taken our money. He even recommended a hose attachment so we can clean our gutters ourselves in the future. Very impressed with this company’s professionalism and integrity.
