- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Keeping on top of the market and any changes is important to me. I'm consistently taking continuing education classes to be informed about all aspects of the real estate industry. Currently I am Military Relocation Professional certified as well as Veteran's Land Board. As many of my clients are VA loan qualified I know the process well and am happy to work with you on a PCS or any other type of move.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Working with buyers and sellers, I cover Copperas Cove to Temple area. I've worked with clients on homes under $100,000 up to top of the market. I'm happy to assist with buying or selling your home no matter the price point or location!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the realtor you work with knows the industry, is working with your best interest in mind, and does a thorough job of going over contracts and explaining the process to you. Find someone who is responsive and gets back with you in a timely manner with clear information. A home is a large purchase (or sale) and you want to make sure you are getting the best service!
