My food style is American Casual/Fusion meals, family style serving, 4-5 courses. I do not offer meal prep services or daily/weekly home services at this time. We unhesitatingly recommend Chef Capri! My mother came to town & we were looking for a solution that would keep her from suffering my lack of culinary abilities. Chef Capri prepared & delivered two delicious dinners. This evening, we savored her meatloaf, mashed potatoes, dinner rolls--all of which were great, but we especially enjoyed her grilled asparagus! Now we're looking forward to a delicious lasagna & Caesar salad tomorrow. Looking for someone else to do the cooking? Chef Capri will not disappoint!

So happy and thrilled I booked Capri as our chef for my sister’s Bridal Brunch. Chef Capri really went above and beyond. She was very charismatic and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. Not only did she come up with a great menu that went along with our island theme, she even added surprise items for us that all the girls loved. Her eggs and mimosa mix were such a hit, that all of us were asking her for her recipe. I find myself sitting here now a week later thinking about how good her food was, which is why I’m writing this review now. I can’t wait to use her again in the future. Never change, Capri! We love you! :)

Chef Capri made our night! Not only was she absolutely such a pleasure to have with us, the food was delicious! Our kitchen was spotless at the end of the night. We started with a beyond gorgeous beyond delicious charcuterie board with some of the yummiest bread I’ve ever eaten. Our next course was even yummier! For the main dish we had a beautiful, beautiful steak prepared exactly to our liking. For dessert she served an absolutely delicious tiramisu as well as a Creme brulle that was so so so yummy! Chef Capri really made my partners birthday so special. Her warmth and talent in the kitchen was just so spectacular. 10/10 thank you so much!! I so wish I had photos. We were so excited and in the moment that we unfortunately did not take photos. But trust the reviews. Chef Capri is a must hire!

Chef Capri made Mother's day special for my wife and it was so amazing. The food was delicious , made in time and chef was so professional. She came to our home , cleaned up after cooking and the presentation was so great. My wife is in still in awe and she enjoyed the wonderful surprise. Good food, good person and will do it again
