- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For a small dispatch fee our trained and licensed technicians will come to your locations and give you an up front price for any work that is required to resolve your issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All we need from new customer is a phone call to collect your information and issue you are having and to go over our terms.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do regular training with all of our technicians.
