- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Pricing is competitive we know we may not win every project however the experience, knowledge along with craftsmanship our guys deliver speaks for its own.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very simple, pool remodels we give free estimate, we bring samples to view, we also give invite to our showroom. On our repair side we can usually start same day or day after to complete repairs depending on scope of repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was very fortunate to learn through mentors that worked for big reputable DFW swimming pool companies. One of the most valuable lessons was, build business relationships with dependable crews that can produce a superb finish and that understand customer satisfaction.
