Sandy and her team are amazing!!! She is so thorough, professional, and truly makes sure the day is special. I’m so grateful that I found her. She helped us with our wedding reception. We had to move it indoors the day of when our outdoor tent flooded due to rain. She was cool, calm, and collected. The indoor party was a hit and I couldn’t have done it without her. She is great with working with any other vendors, keeping things on time and ensuring everyone is in the loop. You won’t regret working with Agape Events!!

My groom and I were so nervous up until our wedding day, but the anxiety and fears disappeared the moment Sandy and Nancy arrived at the venue. They greeted us warmly then immediately started taking care of things. At that moment, for the first time in a year, we could finally relax. Having two ceremonies and a reception in one day is a tight schedule which Agape Events LLC planned and coordinated so efficiently, that even when the first ceremony ran over time we were able to get back on track without sacrificing any activities. Certain unforeseen circumstances happened like the DJ getting pulled over for a tail light out and the send-off transportation not showing up, but none of it stressed us out, because Sandy and Nancy handled each situation so professionally and efficiently - all while reassuring us and checking with us about how we were feeling. It also made a difference at how kind they were to us and how often they checked in with us through out the event. They would also wink or smile at us in an encouraging way and strike up light conversations with us about how it was going and things they were enjoying with us. We are so glad (and lucky) to have had Agape Events LLC be our day-of coordinators. We will definitely be working with them for future events.
