I called this company to get a second opinion regarding an HVAC issue. I was so pleasantly impressed and shocked. I didn’t get the sales pitch that I have gotten before and expected. These guys came in, diagnosed the problem. I was impressed by their willingness to give me an honest answer and not try to “sell” me. They showed me and explained what they saw and backed it up with the evidence. They allowed me to ask questions and they stayed and answered all of my questions. What I was most impressed by was their honesty and straightforward approach….they told me the truth and didn’t try to sell me anything. That is a rare find. Honesty and integrity is so important and in today’s world of business. If I could give this company 7 stars I would. Brandon and Nathan are the type of people that I would recommend to my grandmother or my best friend. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys, don’t hesitate if you need a knowledgeable company with honesty and integrity. This is the one!! The owner, Brandon, came over to fix my downstairs heating unit. The issue was the igniter. it had cracked and failed during the freeze. I have an older unit, so his universal igniter replacement did not properly fit the unit. He told me he had to go and get the part and come back. I ended up paying him the $65 travel/service charge for that trip. He easily could have taken my $65 and disappeared but he did not. He returned the next day and completed the job in about 10 minutes. He then subtracted the $65 fee from his labor amount, thus waiving the fee. All to say, Brandon is very trustworthy, did a great job, and we had a mutual love for dogs! Thank you Brandon for making this easy for us, and thank you for serving our Country. Brandon and Nathan both came to my house and gave me multiple repair options, other companies that has came out to my house only gave me 1 option and it was that I need to replace my system. They both are very professional and they checked out the system and repaired it same day. I will definitely be using them as my primary go to AC guys.
