FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a Flat Rate Company. What that means is we have fixed prices on repairs so there is no guessing or making up. A hard to repair blower cost the same as an easy to repair blower. Its just a flat rate like ordering a Big Mac.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For the new customer I ask, "What work have you had done on the system in the past and who was the company that used to do it?" I ask this because it gives the customer a chance to share stuff that bothers them about things have been done and I dont want to make the same mistakes. Also they aren't using that former company for a certain reason, I like to know why if I can so that I don't make the same mistake out of respect for this new customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the Residential Air Conditioning & Heating trades you have to be Licensed to do this work, which means lots of study, 4000 hours as an apprentice and then taking state tests. No easy task. So we spend on average 6 yrs in this trade to become just an owner. Education is always ongoing from the state as well, once a year. We also recieve Brand specific instructions from each Brand maker too.
