FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are different prices that I offer for my services. When a customer asks me if I can do a basic weekly cleaning service I check to see where they are located, how big there pool is, and if there is any trees or anything if that nature present by their pool. I then give my prices based on those aspects. If a customer needs me to work on any technical aspects of their pool such as filter or pump issues, etc I then charge based on what the issue is and if any parts are to be replaced then I let the customer know what the pricing will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to what the customer is looking for. I then offer my services that I provide and let them know what I can do with their situation. If the customer is interested then we go ahead and start with the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A good friend of mine who has been doing this type of work over 5 years, manages over 60 pools and his own pool company trained me on this type of work. Everything from pool cleaning and technical issues he has taught me a lot.
