The crew of 2 arrived while I was away and got to work. This was the lowest of 3 quotes. The work was tracked through all the steps taken by photos. They also said they would warranty the flashing (it was a chimney/ roof repair). I chose this company because they had the highest number of reviews on Thumbtack, they showed up the same day I put in the request, the salesman seemed knowledgeable, and it turned out their quote was the lowest. The warranty was welcome, if it’s ever necessary to repair again guess who I will call.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have the most competitive prices, period. How? We intentionally keep our overhead very low. No fancy office. No secretary etc. We keep our costs low and pass along the savings to you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Visit property and do a full VIDEO review of the roof system. 2) Share detailed video and dozens of pictures with homeowner and walk them through priorities. 3) Determine whether insurance will be involved. If so we handle insurance from start to finish. 4) Provide estimate. 5) Schedule and complete job ~ on time and on budget. 6) Ask for a review! :)
