- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a thorough consultation to understand my client’s career history, current aspirations, and target job markets. From there, I create customized resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles, ensuring that each document is ATS-optimized and strategically aligned with the client’s goals. After the initial drafts, I provide two rounds of revisions to ensure complete satisfaction. Throughout the process, I prioritize open communication and feedback to ensure the best results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold certifications as a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), a Certified Executive Resume Master (CERW). Additionally, I continuously stay updated with the latest trends in recruitment, job market demands, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) optimization to ensure that my clients’ materials are competitive and impactful.
