- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have great prices for all of your piano needs and in addition we offer discounts, give us a call to see if it applies!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to understand what the client is looking for, then giving them advice and service on how best to treat their instrument. Pianos are beautiful things that if kept correctly can become family heirlooms passed down for generations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have on the job training and have serviced at least 6000 pianos, everything from antiques from the mid 1800s all the way up to beautiful modern Bösendorfers. All of our technicians have on the job training as well until they pass the owners approval for work.
