We have serviced over 7000 pianos and have extensive experience with all types of pianos from antiques to brand new. We offer tuning, pitch correcting, repairs, voicing, appraisals, inspections, deep cleaning and anything else you might need. Our founder has been both a professional musician, music teacher and piano tuner/repairman for years and previously studied music at the University of East London. Great job on first major pass tuning a 60+ year old spinet. We had been told by other companies that it couldn't be done with breaking a lot of stuff and wouldn't touch it. This tech did a good job explaining why attempting this might not work due to age and we could end up with a dead piano. We understood the risk and rolled the dice with his best effort. He pulled it off, love it!

Quick, punctual, great work, and great piano skills to showcase how well their work was. I would make sure pricing is more transparent before doing the tuning, though the pricing was generally in line with expectations.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have great prices for all of your piano needs and in addition we offer discounts, give us a call to see if it applies!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to understand what the client is looking for, then giving them advice and service on how best to treat their instrument. Pianos are beautiful things that if kept correctly can become family heirlooms passed down for generations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have on the job training and have serviced at least 6000 pianos, everything from antiques from the mid 1800s all the way up to beautiful modern Bösendorfers. All of our technicians have on the job training as well until they pass the owners approval for work.
