This young man provided great service. Very transparent and knowledgeable in his craft. Best thing is that he doesn’t force an upsell on you but instead gives you the option for him to source the part needed for repair or you can get it yourself and he will gladly install. I work from home and one day found a crack inside the screen of my MacBook Air. At first it wasn’t a major concern as it didn’t impede my work. It progressively became worse and I needed it repaired quickly. I reached out to tech triage and needed a quick turn around. The screen was of quality and actually looks better than my original screen. I’m very happy with the work and value as I thought I’d need to replace my entire MacBook. I will definitely use Tech Triage for future tech repairs.
