Workout Structure: 1. Entrance Ritual (Anchoring and Presence) Conscious breathing practice (Pranayama) to align internal energy. Defining the training intention (example: releasing tension, finding mental clarity, strengthening self-esteem). Smooth initial movements to synchronize body and mind. 2.
