I start with a free consultation to assess your fitness level, goals, and any specific needs. From there, I create a personalized workout plan, provide nutrition guidance, and offer ongoing support. We'll track progress together and adjust the plan as needed to achieve your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a diploma in Fitness and Health, along with certifications in Personal Training, First Aid, and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) training. This combination ensures that I can safely and effectively guide you through tailored fitness programs to meet your health and fitness goals.
