- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always provide an affordable fair price. We understand that our typical clients (seniors) have limited budgets, so we work with them to advise where cost can be reduced. We can often provide multiple solutions with different price points.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a home visit to review the client's home and their abilities or challenges. We typically will do a complete home assessment walking the house from entry/exit and throughout. Then we discuss general options and potential solutions. We are outside-the-box thinkers and look at ALL the available options to resolve the situation. We help our clients think about the current concern, but also future needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has been working with seniors for more than 15 years and we are experts when it comes to accessibility solutions in homes. Our team has over 12 years of remodeling and home modification experience with the ability to do carpentry, tile, plumbing, electrical, and finishing. We also are factory trained on stairlifts and ceiling lift installations.
