What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have Monthly Specials. - 6 polos with left chest logo for $200 and that includes digitizing your logo. - 6 t- shirts with large center chest logo for $200 and that includes digitizing your logo.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, I keep them informed where I am with their order and I always have them approve test stitches or a design file before I embroider on their garments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken many embroidery courses and classes in my line of work. I now teach courses myself to those who want to learn.
