- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm a very honest guy I take care of my customers same way i want another technician to take care of me for example I went to a customer just for maintenance I recommended 4 surge protector but i found out she has 2 outside was hiding in the back of the system panel I only installed 2 inside and told customer she already have 2 outside so I only charge her for 2 and give her a refund for the other 2 surge protector
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I call customer and make sure I can take care of the problem as fast as I can and if I put customer in my schedule and just in case got busy I will make sure I will see customer that day even if I work non stop and I always keep my customers updated
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have a lot of training due to working with 3 big companies in Houston I work in commercials communication systems variable systems compressor the past 10 years I got the most high skills training to make me more than qualified to do any job or project
