- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a fair amount for our diagnostic fee, which is $85. Most of our repairs are offered at flat rates. If you choose to hire us for the repairs, the diagnostic fee will be waived.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact and Inquiry The customer reaches out via phone, email, or an online form with their inquiry or issue. We gather basic information about the problem or project and schedule an initial consultation. Initial Consultation A technician visits the customer's location to assess the situation. We perform a thorough diagnostic check to identify the issue or understand the scope of the project. We discuss the customer's needs, preferences, and budget. Diagnostic Fee We charge a fair diagnostic fee of $85, which is waived if the customer hires us for the repairs or project. Detailed Proposal and Estimate Based on the diagnostic check, we provide a detailed proposal and cost estimate for the necessary repairs or installation. We explain the scope of work, the timeline, and any options available. Approval and Scheduling The customer reviews the proposal and, upon approval, we schedule the work at a convenient time for them. We ensure all necessary parts and equipment are available for the project. Execution of Work Our team arrives on time and completes the work as outlined in the proposal. We maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the process. We keep the customer informed of progress and any unexpected issues that arise. Quality Check and Testing Once the work is completed, we conduct a thorough quality check and test the system to ensure it is functioning properly. We address any final adjustments or concerns. Customer Walkthrough and Education We provide a walkthrough of the work done and explain how to operate and maintain the system. We answer any questions the customer may have and provide any necessary documentation. Payment and Warranty We finalize the payment process, ensuring transparency in all charges. We provide information about warranties and any available maintenance plans. Follow-Up We follow up with the customer after a few days to ensure they are satisfied with the work. We address any lingering concerns or issues and offer support as needed.

Community College Programs: HVAC technicians complete programs offered By Houston community college that cover the fundamentals of HVAC systems, electricity, refrigeration, and heating technology. Apprenticeships: Technicians entered the field through apprenticeship programs, which combine on-the-job training with classroom instruction. These programs typically last 3 to 5 years. Certifications: We Got Various certifications enhanced Our HVAC technician's credentials, such as: EPA 608 Certification Universal Type (for handling refrigerants) TDLR Certification (Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation) HVAC Excellence Certification. Continuing Education: Technicians participated in ongoing training to keep up with new technologies, regulations, and best practices in the field.
