We are completely satisfied with the AC work & professionalism of Adrian. He was very responsive to our initial request & came to our home as soon as possible. Two previous HVAC companies had given us quotes for an expensive replacement of a critical part. He quickly determined that was not needed & spent several hours identifying & repairing the issue. Our home began to cool down immediately. We are happy to have found such a reasonable, dependable & trustworthy Technician. We own a Rental Property as well & he will be our go to if we should need him.

Called Elite Gonzales about an ac fan problem and he came over same day, even though having a late appt he was working on ..on the other side of town. After that he stopped by to scope out the problem and promptly said he would do it the next day. This was on a Sunday too. Adrian and his helper came and replaced the fan motor next day. He was excellent in keeping me up to date with his status and eta...communication was excellent. If this kind of service is for you , Adrian and his crew are recommended.
