- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that our service fee is $65. If they decide to proceed with the repair, this fee will be waived, and they will only pay for the repair itself. This pricing structure allows customers to feel confident in seeking our expertise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer starts with an initial consultation where we discuss the appliance issue and gather necessary details. We then schedule a convenient time for an in-home visit to diagnose the problem. After the diagnosis, we explain the issue clearly, provide a solution, and proceed with the repair upon approval. Throughout the process, we ensure transparent communication and follow up to make sure the customer is satisfied with the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We completed an EPA certification program, allowing us to safely handle refrigerants, and we have five years of hands-on experience in appliance repair. This blend of certification and practical experience enables us to diagnose and repair a wide range of appliances efficiently.
