This is a good company to work with if you need your household appliances repaired in a hurry. My freezer was not freezing anymore, and I reached out to them, and they came out the same day. The issue was diagnosed, parts were ordered and freezer has been repaired. Also offers a 3 month warranty on parts. I would use them again.

Very pleased with my experience with Altair Appliance Repair. They were punctual, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. First we do diagnostics, then we determine which spare part is faulty, then we give a price for repairs. If the customer agrees, then we begin the repair.
