The cost of repairs depends on the cost of spare parts and labor intensity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we do diagnostics, then we determine which spare part is faulty, then we give a price for repairs. If the customer agrees, then we begin the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We took a four-month course in repairing household appliances before starting this business.
