Overall we started off pretty good. Then he took advantage by increasing the price for labor and materials. He also requested the full materials receipt to be paid which included Chips, energy drinks and other items that were not needed for the agreed job.

Sorry my friend, but at the start of every project we discussed the work to be preformed and a price. It was always too expensive for you, so I adjusted my price to make things more affordable. No project was ever started until it was approved by you. You say I increased the prices on parts and materials, but I gave you the reciepts, NOTHING was marked up... matter of fact It was marked down because I used my Veteran Discount. Everything that was bought was needed to get your project done.
Remember when your guy busted the water line and caused a leak in unit 325. I fixed the water line for free because you had a dead line to meet for that unit. I should of charged you but I didnt. I did you a solid. The one redbull and one bag of chips on the reciept really should'nt be an issue since I saved you money by lowering my prices to accomidate for your budget and used my Veteran Discount at HD every time I got parts and materials. So to say I took advantage of you is not what happened. I think your just upset that you didnt make any money on any of these projects because your the contractor who hired another contractor (your the middle man). Its not always a win win. and its not my fault you didnt win. I hope things turn around and get better for you. God bless you Deshan.
