- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base all of my pricing on a flat rate system. The more I know in advance the better price window I can give to a customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Estimates can be given by phone if the customer has pictures of the existing project or issue or an onsite visit can be scheduled for a dispatch fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive been doing plumbing for around 10 years with a license. Ive spent many years in new Constuction before I moved over to service field. I spent 3 years in commercial and moved to residential where I’ve been ever since helping people with plumbing dilemmas
