- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to start with a quick conversation to understand their goals, experience level, and any injuries or limitations they may have. From there, I tailor each session to meet their specific needs—whether that's building strength, increasing flexibility, or simply creating space to breathe and be present. My goal is to make every student feel seen, supported, and empowered in their practice, no matter where they're starting from.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Yoga became a personal lifeline for me—it helped me find peace, strength, and connection during a really transformative season of my life. The more I practiced, the more I felt called to share it with others. I got certified not just to teach poses, but to hold space for people to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. What started as a personal practice quickly became a passion and a purpose.
