We recently had water damage caused by over flowing toilet. KJ with Texas Water Doctor explained the process and helped us through the claim process. Our home was immediately dried out and mold was remediated by KJ's Team!

We suffered a great loss in August and Texas Water Doctor was right there every step of the way. My husband and myself were scared because past water restoration company walked off the job after getting off the work foot woo our insurance adjuster. We shared that and they gave us there word they would walk us through everything working seamlessly with the insurance adjuster. They turned around a horrible experience and consulted with us first. Texas Water Doctor proved themselves to be helpful and caring. If you want a trustworthy company go with Texas Water Doctor.
