- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do free Solar Savings Analysis to start. We want to ensure we are going to be the right company to install the most suitable Solar System onto your home. Then we can walk through the finances the more we understand what system is going to fit best to your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Sales Rep is going to chat through the hopes and needs for the system. Then, our designer is going to generate potential systems using AI and present the multiple options for systems and ways of payment over a Zoom Call. This specific rep does not send people to the house before the system analysis. But afterward to have a trained professional check out the roof and everything necessary around the home.

Becoming Solar Certified through my parent company as I learn the stages of going solar.
