Explained multiple time that I needed them to meet me at the furniture store at NOON to move a couch to my apartment which is less than a mile away from the furniture store and I would be meeting them on my lunch hour so it was imperative that they would be on time. They agreed and I went ahead and booked them against my better judgement. They NEVER showed. I had to text/call multiple times and officially knew it was going to be a problem when they text they were on their way to the furniture store 5 minutes before noon. After the 3 time calling I later found out they were in Arlington and would be an additional 30 or more before they would reach me in Forney. Absolutely poor communication and very poor customer service. All in all it was my fault for going against my gut feeling about using their services.
