Limo was on time and Derek was a great driver! He was punctual, friendly and very professional. Pick up was quick too- especially considering the AT&T traffic! Sa Limo was great. So happy to have found them as they made our day. Last minute booking, Saeed the owner was super quick in reaching out to my inquiry. He was professional and personable and easy to work with. Provided great info, options, got us what we needed, and worked with my wishy washy self. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $50 to $150 per hour, depending on my pick up and drop off location and the quality of car. A limo will be a more premium price than a regular SUV. We would love to give you an amazing experience, give me a call to work out the details and pricing for your event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
•Welcome the new client and make sure they know I appreciate their business.
•Provide customers with my phone number.
•Ask for the job description clearly (additional stops, any route changes, etc).
•Agree with customer on price.
•Ask for a 20% refundable deposit. This deposit is only refundable if ride is cancelled within 24 hours.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was driving for Uber last 4 years. The market really interested me and I wanted to grow more professionally. Now I have opened my own company with a fleet of SUVs.
