He set a day and time, knowing it’s a 2.5 hr drive for me to get to the site, then never showed. He then wanted me to hang around for 3 more hours (with two babies in my car) for them to call to see if he’d come out at all. Then he said he’d bring the big machine out the next day and get it done. Except there was no quote provided, he had no idea of the scope of the project, having never seen it, and I had zero confidence in him coming out.
